Michelle Posey

Michelle joined Waves in 2026. Originally from Indiana, she moved to Tennessee in 2017 and currently resides in Columbia, TN.

She is passionate about supporting children and families because she enjoys building meaningful relationships, understanding each family’s individual needs, and being a positive source of encouragement along the way. She finds it rewarding to be part of a team that makes a difference in a child’s development while helping families feel supported and confident throughout their journey.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her children, gardening, and browsing the garden section at Lowe’s. She also loves collecting small window plants with unique and cute flowerpots, listening to music, and binge-watching a good TV show on the weekends.
