Devin Yoder

Devin is a dedicated Developmental Therapist with Waves, where she has been working since 2024. Originally from California, she is also a proud mother of three, which has given her a deep appreciation for the unique journey of every child and family.

Devin is passionate about supporting children in reaching their developmental potential through individualized, play-based, and family-centered approaches. She enjoys building meaningful connections with the children and families she works with while helping children develop skills, confidence, and independence. She believes every child has unique strengths and abilities and strives to create a supportive and engaging environment where they feel comfortable learning, growing, and celebrating their progress.

Outside of work, Devin enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and practicing yoga and Pilates. She values family, connection, and lifelong growth and brings that same mindset and compassion into her work with the children and families she serves.
