Alisha Kelley

Alisha joined Waves in 2024. Originally from Frankfort, Ohio, she has called Tennessee home since she was 22.

Her passion for supporting children and families comes from her own experience advocating for her daughter, who is now 21 and attended Waves Preschool after experiencing developmental delays. She also advocated for two of her other children who have or have had IEPs. These experiences have given Alisha a personal understanding of the importance of support, encouragement, and understanding for children and their families.

Outside of work, Alisha enjoys taking long walks in nature and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes.
