Nikki Marin

Nikki joined Waves in 2024 after moving to Middle Tennessee from Miami, Florida, in 2012. She is passionate about serving children and families because it gives her the opportunity to give back to her community, particularly the Latino community, while supporting, empowering, and advocating for families.

Nikki enjoys building relationships with families, watching them make progress over time, and helping them gain the tools and strategies they need to navigate challenges with confidence.

Outside of work, Nikki enjoys being involved in her church, trying different arts and crafts, and is currently into diamond painting and punch needling. She also enjoys collecting earrings and mugs, reading, and researching anything that catches her interest.
