Makenzie Willis

Makenzie joined Waves in 2026 and is originally from Franklin. She is passionate about helping children grow and thrive while making a positive difference in the lives of families. She especially values building meaningful connections and ensuring every family feels heard, understood, and supported.

Outside of work, Makenzie enjoys caring for her indoor plants, tending to her outdoor garden, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with her two children.
