Katie joined Waves in 2026. Raised in Spring Hill, TN, she is passionate about supporting children and families because she loves watching children learn, grow, and reach new milestones. She also enjoys empowering families with the tools and support they need to feel confident along the way.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time in nature, going on hikes, spending time with friends and family, crafting, and thrifting.
