Employment is an important part of empowering individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential. Through our Employment Program, we place the people that we serve in jobs and provide them with on-the-job training. We also provide job coaching to make sure that the individual has the support needed to maintain employment.
As an added benefit to the employer, we serve as a resource for other employees in how to use person-first language and how to work with individuals with disabilities.
