Employment Opportunities
Waves’ Residential & Independent Living Program operates ten homes and seven apartments for people with developmental disabilities and provides support to numerous individuals who live and work independently in Williamson County.
We also operate Adult Day Activity Programs in Franklin and Fairview.
Our residences offer round the clock care for people with a wide range of developmental disabilities, while our Adult Day Programs provide training in cooking, money management, transportation, time management, and other basic skills.
In the 35 years since Waves was founded, the agency has maintained a vision that no matter what the severity of the disability, goals and dreams can be reached. With over 100 individuals served, there are often job opportunities at Waves.
The agency provides a team atmosphere, great opportunities for valuable experience working with delightful people, and valuable training. Duties may include teaching independent living skills, recreation and community integration, as well as personal care.
The positions vary in hours and days worked.
